Build the Foundation
Players develop fundamental movement, coordination, technique, discipline and an understanding of the game. This is where the relationship with the sport begins.
Mohit Kamat High Performance Academy (MKHP) trains badminton and racquet-sport athletes across Bengaluru with a structured pathway designed to take players from beginner to competitive and high-performance levels.
Athlete-centric. Process-oriented. Coach-led.
Every player starts somewhere. At MKHP, development is not about rushing to the next level — it is about building the right foundations, mastering the process and progressing with purpose.
Build the Foundation
Players develop fundamental movement, coordination, technique, discipline and an understanding of the game. This is where the relationship with the sport begins.
Develop the Competitor
Players build greater technical consistency, tactical awareness, physical capacity and competitive confidence. Training becomes more purposeful. Competition becomes part of development.
Prepare to Perform
Players entering the high-performance pathway train with greater intensity, individualisation and competitive purpose. The focus shifts towards performance, tournament preparation, tactical strategy, physical conditioning and mental resilience.
The podium is not where the journey begins — it is the result of everything built along the way.
Four dimensions. One complete athlete.
Build the skills required to execute efficiently, consistently and under pressure.
Understand the game, read situations, make decisions and compete intelligently.
Develop movement, strength, speed, endurance, agility and physical readiness for performance.
Build the qualities that complete an athlete: discipline, confidence, resilience, focus, communication and competitive mindset.
Train the skill. Understand the game. Build the body. Develop the person. One approach. Every dimension. Complete transformation.
